In recent years, with the development of national economy and the need of social development, large-span steel-bonded truss has also made rapid development, and the application of large-span steel-bonded truss is more and more. Especially the construction of Olympic venues in 2008 and the construction of railway, highway, aviation and other transportation hubs in recent years have provided a stage for the development of space steel structure in our country. At the same time, it also brings great opportunities and challenges to construction enterprises. Jinan West Railway Station, which has been completed and put into operation, is one of the five starting and ending stations of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway. The steel roof of its long-span station buildings adopts the technology of synchronous cumulative sliding with columns. The roof track is laid on the elevated waiting floor floor. The upper column and the steel roof move at the same time. The total sliding time is 9 times. After the sliding is completed, the whole load is unloaded. The accumulative shifting construction site with pillars occupies less space, and the amount of work at high altitude is less, and the synchronization control precision is high. Part of the steel roof of the elevated waiting hall of Jinan West Railway Station Building II is divided into three zones: A, B and C.
Zone A is 116.4m wide and 99m long; Zone B is 116.4m wide, 77.5m long and Zone C 107mn wide. There are 300 mm gaps between A and B structures. Zones A and B are space pipe truss structures with a page elevation of 41.600 m, with 5 and 4 main trusses respectively. The main truss is about 116 m long, 2.5 m wide, 2.5 m high and varying from 2.5 m to 4.5 m high. It weighs about 100 tons. The roof of zone C is a plane steel frame with span of 24m and 59m, respectively. The upper steel beam, tie rod and supporting section are H-shaped steel square pipe and circular pipe. The integral axonometric survey in Zone I shows that the main and secondary trusses of the steel roof are welded intersectionally, and mule bolts are mostly used for the auxiliary trusses such as section steel beams and diagonal braces. The main trusses, section steel beams, arc beams and other trusses are all arc-shaped, which are difficult to process and install. The total weight of roof steel structure is about 3000 tons, and the steel materials are all Q345B. The steel materials below the elevated waiting hall of this project are mainly Q345G] C commercial sandwich and steel roof structure, mainly Q345B3. At present, 32 alternatives for large-span station roof construction are common construction methods: 1, mechanical silk fitting: 2, sliding. Among them, mechanical hoisting can be divided into cross-internal hoisting and cross-external hoisting. The two schemes have their own advantages and disadvantages, which one needs to be carefully selected to find out the most suitable construction scheme (1) and cross-over hoisting. The large crane walks outside the station building structure and lifts the roof structure in segments or as a whole. According to the structural characteristics of Jinan West Railway Station, two tracked silks walk in the canopy position on both sides of the elevated waiting hall.
Firstly, the columns above the elevated floors are installed, and then the primary and secondary trusses are installed from east to west with two caterpillar headings. The main truss is divided into two sections. A bracing frame is set up in the middle of the span. The secondary truss is assembled on the whole silk. The auxiliary culms are scattered at high altitude (2) and hoisted across the interior. Large cranes walk inside the structure (because the structural design bearing capacity of the elevated waiting layer is much smaller than that of the track layer, cranes generally follow the track by pipeline construction, installing the roof structure in turn, and doing after the civil construction. We succeeded in the construction of Zhengzhou East Railway Station.
