Steel structure has been widely used in light weight, high strength, high degree of industrialization, good seismic performance, fast construction speed and recyclable buildings, large-span buildings and high-rise buildings. However, it is also because of the high material strength of steel structure, the relatively small section of steel structure members, steel structure members often show the characteristics of long, thin, flexible, thin and so on. In order to save steel consumption, the "stress ratio" of steel structure to section strength is generally larger in design. Therefore, the sensitivity of steel structure to geometric deviation, local stress and corrosion in processing and installation is stronger than that of vehicle. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the control of construction quality of steel structure engineering to ensure that the steel structure engineering achieves the anticipated goal. There is no scene sound and evaluation in the case of deviation in processing and installation. There is no corresponding understanding of the influence of various defects that may appear in the construction process on the joint performance. It may result in improper handling of quality problems such as errors in the process of processing and installation of steel structures in practical projects, which will cause great waste or become a potential safety hazard.
Therefore, although strengthening the construction quality control of steel structure engineering, it is very important to understand all kinds of quality problems and defects for the influence of structural performance. 1. The classification of processing and installation deviation in acceptance code 1.1.
